Brooke R. Ginty

Brooke joined Baer Romain & Ginty LLP as an Associate in February of 2017 and quickly rose to Partner in January of 2018.

She concentrates her practice on family law, including divorce, child custody, and support, personal injury, and civil litigation. For the past four (4) years, Brooke’s peers in the legal community have nominated her for the prestigious award of “Mainline Today Top Lawyer.”

One of the things Brooke finds most rewarding about her legal career is helping people in need. Being involved in a lawsuit, divorce, or custody matter is a nerve-wracking, stressful, uncertain experience. Brooke strives to ensure her clients know exactly what is happening, in terms they can understand, at all times. As a result, you can rest assured that Brooke will listen to you, understand your needs, and work toward the most beneficial outcome possible, given the facts of your case.

Brooke has been a resident of Phoenixville since 2009. She lives in the Borough with her husband and two young children and is an active member of the community. Brooke is on the Board of Directors of the Phoenixville Community Health Foundation, a founding member of Phoenixville’s Human Relations Commission, and a member of Phoenixville’s Historical Architectural Review Board. She is General Counsel to the Mayor’s Train Task Force, now known as Steel City Rail, an initiative to bring train service to Phoenixville. Phoenixville’s Mayor, Peter Urscheler, lovingly calls her “The Attorney to the Stars,” a designation she’s happy to accept because helping her community and those in need is her calling.

Brooke is also the Solicitor for the Clerk of Courts of Chester County, Yolanda Van de Krol.

Brooke is a graduate of Lafayette College in Easton, PA where she created her own major, “Philosophy of Legal Rights.” After she earned her degree, she attended Western New England University School of Law in Springfield, MA. She spent her final year at Villanova Law School as a visiting student so she could continue working for the Chester County District Attorney’s Office and begin to plant her roots back in Pennsylvania.

Here is what Brooke’s clients have said about her services:

“Brooke has represented me through a very difficult and complicated custody matter. She has been responsive and diligent in her representation – always giving me levelheaded advice while maintaining compassion for me, my children, and even my ex-husband. She is sharp & strategic in her ability to navigate the tortuous world of Family Court. She can be assertive while also keeping professional decorum, ethics, and the best interest of the children front & center. I respect her deeply both as an attorney and as a person. I would highly recommend her as a trusted advisor and advocate.” – C.E. (Google)

Brooke is also deeply motivated by giving back to her community. You will see her around the Phoenixville Area volunteering with a myriad of different causes. She truly promotes change & goes after the right outcome in all facets of her life. If you choose Brooke as your lawyer, you will be making a solid investment in your future.” – J.W. (Google)
