The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has eased restrictions and the local court systems in Chester and Montgomery Counties have reopened with safety precautions in place. As we move into the green phase on June 26th, the office of Baer Romain & Ginty will be open and ready to assist you – SAFELY!
The health and wellbeing of our clients and our staff is our top priority. To respond to COVID-19, we have instituted precautions and revamped the way we assist you. We are currently maintaining all CDC guidelines on-site, using proper social distancing procedures, wearing masks in our office, and limiting face-to-face meetings (available upon request.)

Although video conferencing is new and different for most of us, we find that it allows us to connect with you quickly, and safely, to discuss your case and provide insight on the next steps to meet your legal needs.
