Brooke R. Gintyginty@baerlaw.net
Brooke joined Baer Romain & Ginty, LLP as an Associate in February of 2017. She concentrates her practice on personal injury, civil litigation, landlord tenant matters, and family law. Prior to joining Baer Romain & Ginty, LLP, she spent the majority of her career working at a large, well-known national civil defense litigation firm, where she represented clients who had been sued for catastrophic injuries, property damage, motor vehicle accidents, and slip/trip and fall cases. Her years working on the defense side provides valuable insight for her clients because she understands what elements are needed to both win, and defend, a lawsuit.
Brooke is a graduate of Lafayette College in Easton, PA where she created her own major, “Philosophy of Legal Rights.” After she earned her degree, she attended Western New England University School of Law in Springfield, MA. During her 2nd year, she traveled back and forth from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania to work as a Certified Legal Intern for the Chester County District Attorney’s Office. She spent her final year at Villanova Law School as a visiting student so she could continue working for the District Attorney’s Office and begin to plant her roots back in Pennsylvania.
One of the things Brooke finds most rewarding about her legal career is helping people in need. Being involved in a lawsuit, divorce or custody matter is a nerve-wracking, stressful, uncertain experience. Brooke strives to ensure her clients know exactly what is happening, in terms they can understand, at all times. Because in the end, it is the client who must live with the outcome of the lawsuit. As a result, you can rest assured that Brooke will listen to you, understand your needs, and work toward the most beneficial outcome possible, given the facts of your case.
Brooke has been a resident of Phoenixville since 2009. She lives in the Borough with her husband and two young children and is an active member of the community. She is a member of Phoenixville’s Historical Architectural Review Board (HARB) and is active in local government.
In addition to being a lawyer, Brooke is an entrepreneur and runs three side businesses. She is an Apple iPhone Application Developer and has over thirty (30) apps live in the store. She is a Co-Owner of Lord Leather Care and sells leather care products online and through the Amazon platform. Just in case she needed one more task, she designs and sells t-shirts on Amazon as well.
