Robert M. Romain

Robert Romain is a founding partner at Baer Romain & Ginty LLP since the firm’s inception in 1986.

Having spent many years practicing real estate, business law, and estate planning and administration, Rob made the difficult decision to retire in April 2019. He is now enjoying his retirement with his wife, Nancy, children and grandchildren. His long-term presence within the legal community will be greatly missed.

Rob continues to serve on several boards for a number of community-based not-for-profit organizations including the Board of Directors for Phoenixville Federal Bank & Trust and the Board of Trustees for Phoenixville Hospital where he is Vice-Chairman.

Rob served for 30 years in the United States Navy, Judge Advocate General’s Corps. He served on active duty with the U.S. Navy from 1982 to 1986 and continued, thereafter, to serve in the United States Naval Reserve, where he held the rank of Captain. Rob retired from the Navy in 2012.
